On Wednesday afternoon, Mayor Bowser will be briefed on the District’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). In the evening, Mayor Bowser will give opening remarks at the ‘Point-In-Time’ Count, a census and survey of homeless persons in the District of Columbia.
