Later, Mayor Bowser will attend the swearing-in ceremony for the Charles Hamilton Houston Commission–which has been formed to address ways to appropriately honor and recognize Charles Hamilton Houston for his lifetime of achievements and contributions to the American civil rights movement, education, and the legal profession. As part of Fresh Start February, Mayor Bowser will host an Open House at the historic John A. Wilson Building.

Mayor Bowser will also participate in the ribbon cutting of The Baldwin, a newly constructed, affordable, mix-use building in the H Street Corridor.
