Mayor Bowser will highlight her Administration’s efforts on a wide range of issues, from transportation to education to public safety.
- On Monday, Mayor Bowser will attend the District Department of Transportation’s annual All Hands meeting to acknowledge the hard work of staff.
- On Tuesday, Mayor Bowser will release the latest student enrollment numbers for public schools – both traditional and charter.
- On Wednesday, Mayor Bowser will participate in Fortune Magazine’s Most Powerful Women Summit, where she is a confirmed speaker and will engage in a one-on-one interview on the main stage. Later, Mayor Bowser will lead a public safety walk in Wards 2 and 6.
- On Thursday, Mayor Bowser will participate in an active shooter training with the Mayor’s Office of Nightlife and Culture.
- On Friday, Mayor Bowser will join Kojo Nnamdi on the Politics Hour to outline her vision for building a more inclusive DC with the release of her Housing Equity Report and the Full Comprehensive Plan, DC statehood, and the recent historic victories by teams in the #SportsCapital. Later, the Mayor will cheer on the Nationals in the World Series!
- On Saturday, Mayor Bowser will attend the DC Chamber of Commerce’s 2019 Annual Chamber’s Choice Awards and Gala.
