As she works to give all Washingtonians a fair shot at pathways to the middle class, Mayor Bowser will participate in several events to highlight the District’s economic progress.
- On Wednesday, Mayor Bowser will break ground on MLK Gateway, a revitalization project in Historic Anacostia that will bring office, retail, and other neighborhood serving amenities to Ward 8.
- On Thursday, Mayor Bowser will hold a press conference to discuss 2020 initiatives.
- On Friday, the Mayor will attend the Economic Club of Washington’s Luncheon.
