- On Monday, Mayor Bowser will host the Annual Salute to DC Centenarians, a luncheon to honor the tremendous contributions to family, community, and Washington, DC at-large made by more than 50 centenarians.
- On Tuesday, Mayor Bowser will kick off the Summer Crime Prevention Initiative and mark a major milestone in the Private Security Camera Incentive Program.
- On Wednesday, Mayor Bowser will join Congresswoman Norton to defend #DCValues and advocate against any anti-DC riders being included in the FY19 federal spending bill. Later, as part of small business week, the Mayor will attend the DC Chamber of Commerce 2018 Small Business & Economic Development Summit.
- On Thursday, Mayor Bowser will cut the ribbon for 300 affordable housing units at Atlantic Gardens Apartments in Ward 8.
- On Friday, Mayor Bowser will serve as Honorary Chair at the 79th Annual Flower Mart Benefit for the Gardens and Grounds of the National Cathedral. The Mayor will then attend the Great Streets Annual Grantee Announcement & Reception, which features new grantees for FY18. After, the Mayor will visit residents at the Knollwood Retirement Community and discuss senior related issues in the District.
- On Saturday, Mayor Bowser will name Takoma Field with representatives of the Washington Nationals. The Mayor will then host the first "Marvin Gaye Day" at the newly constructed Marvin Gaye Recreation Center. Later, Mayor Bowser will attend the Bar Associations Annual Law Gala.
