(Washington, DC) – On Thursday, January 30 at 11 am, Mayor Muriel Bowser will unveil the Fiscal Year 2025 Green Book and highlight the unprecedented procurement opportunities available for DC-based businesses. The Mayor will also outline how Small Business Enterprises (SBEs), Certified Business Enterprises (CBEs), and the broader business community can engage with the District government to drive growth and success.
First launched by Mayor Bowser in 2016, the Green Book has served as a comprehensive resource for DC-based SBEs and CBEs, offering an agency-by-agency breakdown of contracting opportunities. Each District agency sets annual spending goals to support local businesses, and the Green Book provides a clear roadmap for SBEs and CBEs to identify and bid on these opportunities, organized by industry.
