Mayor Bowser Public Calendar for Wednesday, July 8, 2015

On Wednesday morning, Mayor Muriel Bowser will attend a groundbreaking ceremony for a JBG development project in Ward 1. Shortly after, Mayor Muriel Bowser will kick-off AlleyPalooza, a campaign that will repair or renovate 64 alleys throughout the District - eight in each of the District’s eight wards over the summer, in Ward 5. Following, Mayor Bowser will deliver remarks at the grand opening of Ben’s Chili Bowl on H Street. Later, Mayor Bowser will deliver remarks at the Marion S. Barry Youth Leadership Institute (MBYLI) Leadership Summit at The Catholic University of America. In the evening, Mayor Bowser will attend Metropolitan Police Department’s (MPD) Beat the Streets event at Riggs Road Playground.
