On Tuesday morning, Mayor Muriel Bowser will attend the Marion S. Barry Summer Youth Employment Program Expansion Bill Signing Ceremony at the R.I.S.E. Demonstration Center. In the evening, Mayor Bowser will deliver the keynote speech at the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month Celebration at the Lansburgh Theatre.
