In the afternoon, Mayor Bowser will host a Tele-Townhall Engagement Forum open to all employees of the Government of the District of Columbia. In the evening, Mayor Bowser will attend Vice President Biden’s Black History Month Reception followed by the LeDroit Park Civic Association meeting.
