On Thursday morning, Mayor Bowser will meet with her cabinet, followed by a meeting with DC Council Chairman Phil Mendelson. Shortly after, Mayor Bowser will present her Fiscal Year 2016 Budget to the Council of the District of Columbia. Immediately following the presentation, the Mayor will host a press conference to discuss her proposal and answer questions from members of the media.
