On Saturday afternoon, Mayor Bowser will participate in a video interview with Tech Cocktail. Later in the afternoon, Mayor Bowser will return to Washington, DC from the SXSW conference in Austin, TX. In the evening, Mayor Bowser will attend the 130th Annual Gridiron Dinner.
