On Friday, Mayor Bowser will deliver remarks at the Reach Higher: District of Columbia College Signing Day event at George Washington University. Reach Higher was launched last year by First Lady Michelle Obama to encourage students to pursue and complete some form of higher education. In the afternoon, Mayor Bowser will attend the 2015 Mayor Marion S. Barry SYEP Career Exploration Fair.
