(Washington, DC) – On Wednesday, April 10, at 4 pm, Mayor Muriel Bowser will lead a joint press conference and community walk along Eastern Avenue with Prince George’s County Executive Angela Alsobrooks to highlight the strengthened partnership between the adjoining jurisdictions’ law enforcement agencies to help maintain safer, stronger communities. The walk will begin in Ward 7 and proceed into Prince George’s County.
The press conference and walk will focus on the influx of illegal dumping, sex work, and roadway infrastructure issues taking place along the Eastern Avenue border.
