Mayor to Focus on #BacktoBasicsDC, Vision Zero, and Pave DC
(Washington, DC) – On Thursday, June 20 at 11:30 am, Mayor Bowser will kick off the summer paving season with a focus on improving pedestrian safety as part of #BacktoBasicsDC Week. The Mayor will join the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) in installing high visibility crosswalks to improve motorists yielding to pedestrians.
