Mayor Bowser to Kick Off Back to Basics Week with an Update on Roadway Safety Improvements

(Washington, DC) – On Monday, October 25, at 11 am., Mayor Muriel Bowser and the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will kick off Back to Basics Week with an update on the acceleration of 100 roadway safety improvement projects across all eight wards.

During Back to Basics Week, Mayor Bowser will highlight the work of DC government employees, showcase progress and innovations in city services, and share information about how the community can support DC’s citywide recovery.
