Tomorrow, Mayor Muriel Bowser will participate in a symbolic “topping off” of the last construction beam in the Watergate Hotel’s new Grand Ballroom. The ceremony will celebrate a milestone within the iconic hotel’s extensive $125 million renovation which is scheduled to re-open this summer.
