Mayor Bowser to Encourage Residents to Mind Their Mental Health During the Holidays

(Washington, DC) On Thursday, December 22 at 11 am, Mayor Muriel Bowser will be joined by the Department of Behavioral Health and the Child and Family Services Agency to encourage District residents to mind their mental health during the holiday season.

With the holidays upon us, residents may experience heightened stress and anxiety as they prepare for the season. Mayor Bowser will remind residents of free resources and services available to all ages to help them manage their stress and enjoy their time with family and friends.
