Mayor Bowser to Celebrate Graduation of the Ninth Cohort of Pathways Program Ambassadors

(Washington, DC) On Friday, May 6, at 11 am, Mayor Muriel Bowser, Deputy Mayor for Public Safety and Justice Chris Geldart, and Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement Director Delano Hunter will be celebrating the graduation of the ninth cohort of Pathways Program Ambassadors.

The Pathways Program is led by the Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement (ONSE) which was created by Mayor Bowser in 2017.

Since 2018, the Pathways Program has been helping District residents most vulnerable to gun violence transform their lives by improving their employment, education and training outcomes. To date, the Pathways Program has served 219 participants from neighborhoods across the District.
