Coronavirus Data for August 18, 2021

(Washington, DC) -  The District’s reported data for August 18, 2021 includes 138 new positive coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, bringing the District’s overall positive case total to 53,162. 

The District reported that two additional residents lost their lives due to COVID-19.

  • 55-year-old male
  • 56-year-old female

Tragically, 1,155 District residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19.
