Take the RFK Master Plan Survey, Open Through April 12

Tuesday, March 31, 2026

The Office of Planning, on behalf of DC Government, invites residents to participate in an online survey for development of the RFK Master Plan. This survey includes information and questions shared at the March 24 and 28 workshops, for those unable to attend the in-person events or wish to share more input.

The RFK Master Plan is an opportunity to reimagine the campus as a vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood. The plan will establish new land use, zoning, and design standards to guide future development. It will also identify opportunities for new recreational areas and facilities, housing, businesses, and improved connections to the waterfront.

In March 2026, the District held two in-person Open Houses as part of the master planning process to explore themes on new building uses, park design, programming, accessibility and connectivity, and community amenities.

Please allow at least 30 minutes to complete this survey. It will remain open from March 31, 2026 – April 12, 2026.
