- Full-time and part-time permanent District employees with at least one year of service.
Excluding –
- Executive and Excepted Service appointees
- Interns/Fellows
- Volunteers
- Repeat winners for current year
Eligibility Criteria
All District employees must…
- Show outstanding performance beyond day-to-day duties
- Exhibit Values in work performance
- Be in good standing
- No current disciplinary action
- Have received at least a Valued Performer (or equivalent) performance rating during the last rating period
