Mayor Vincent C. Gray to present super lightweight champ Lamont Peterson with key to the city.
WHAT/WHO: Mayor Vincent C. Gray will congratulate Super Lightweight Boxing Champion Lamont Peterson on his Dec. 10 win against Amir Khan, and present him with a key to the city. Peterson is a native Washingtonian who resides in Ward 7.
Other Participants: DC Council Chairman Kwame Brown, Events DC President/CEO Greg O’Dell, DC Boxing and Wrestling Commission Chairman Bryan Scottie Irving, Boxing Trainer Barry Hunter, Anthony Peterson (Brother of Lamont Peterson).
