On Monday morning, Mayor Bowser will join Brian Wilson and Larry O’Connor on their morning WMAL radio show, Mornings on the Mall. Following, Mayor Bowser will attend the Safe Kids Worldwide Global Road Safety Week kick-off event at Shepherd Elementary School. This event is part of the 3rd Annual United Nation’s Global Road Safety Week and will highlight the District’s efforts on road safety. After, Mayor Bowser will attend a Teacher Appreciation Week event at Noyes Education Campus to honor five teachers who have gone above and beyond in their classrooms this school year. In the evening, Mayor Bowser will attend the District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA) Achievement Awards Dinner.
